Job offer description

Are you ready to help us reach our goal of becoming best in class within the next 2-3 years by creating improvements within master data, sourcing and cross - functional business projects? And would you like to work with stakeholders from all over our organisation and manage a team of 3 skilled colleagues?

“The way has been cleared for you to step in and take the lead in all kinds of projects that will improve our set-up – so you really get to make an impact,” says Director for Sourcing Excellence Steffen Dencker.

If you want to join an ambitious company in a constantly evolving industry that is crucial to the future of our planet, then please read on.

Manage a professional and dedicated team

You will be joining the Sourcing Excellence team, which is tasked with analysing our business and improving our processes. Here, you will manage your team of 3 bright colleagues who enjoy a good challenge as well as supporting and inspiring each other.

“We naturally use each other as sounding boards for our different projects. And the can-do attitude we share is a nice pick-me-up when facing complicated issues,” Steffen continues.

Take our business to the next level - one project at a time

Supported by your team, you will drive our business excellence by managing big and small projects in sourcing and master data and participate in cross-functional excellence projects – all this with the aim to make all of us work smarter.

The first one of these will be to optimise our full set-up and structure of master data across the company. In this process, you will collaborate closely with the manager of the master data team located in India as well as master data owners like Sourcing and HR.

Some of your main tasks will be to:

  • Define and execute the strategy for handling our master data – this will be your main priority for the first year
  • Coach and support your team with their daily challenges
  • Drive excellence projects within sourcing, master data and support cross-functional projects
  • Create agile and efficient processes in the entire organisation and ensure that these are followed
  • Potentially be involved in projects connected to acquisitions of new companies

You can expect about 30 travel days a year, mainly to our production sites in Poland or India.

Open-minded stakeholder manager with a holistic approach

You have a natural curiosity to understand the positions of the different stakeholders you work with. At the same time, you are not afraid to challenge them in your joint effort to create the best possible set-up.

Furthermore, your creativity does not prevent you from taking an analytic and structured approach to your work, so that our solutions become smart and scalable – now and in the long run.

We moreover imagine that you have:

  • A good business understanding and the ability to create compliance, both when it comes to handling data and when introducing new processes
  • Experience with change management in projects with many different stakeholders
  • Experience managing creative and analytically skilled colleagues
  • A relevant education – this could perhaps be within business administration or as an engineer, but the important thing is your holistic approach

Are you ready to become a fellow wind power wizard?

If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact Director for Sourcing Excellence Steffen Dencker at +45 24 76 37 21.

If this position sounds appealing to you, please send your resume and cover letter as soon as possible. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
