Are you our new IT Risk student assistant in IT Governance?

Join Novo Nordisk and help us maintain the position as the world leader in diabetes care by making a difference within IT Governance.

About the department

You will join the IT Committee Project Office, a team of six ambitious, supportive and hardworking colleagues, in an organisation that values good team spirit. You will work across other departments within IT Governance, in an international and professional working environment that strives for excellence. You will get the opportunity to learn about many of the different IT initiatives taking place across the organisation.

IT Governance is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S and employs approx. 500 highly skilled IT professionals. Our unit is responsible for governance of IT processes, systems, projects and infrastructure, and for delivering high quality management information on the largest IT projects with our key stakeholders being senior project managers and senior IT management.

The job

Your primary task will be to support the quarterly reports on IT risks in Novo Nordisk, help with IT risk assessments and communicate with stakeholders, e.g. IT Security, IT Infrastructure and system managers. This includes administrative tasks such as maintaining the IT Risk webpage and keeping track of incoming assessments from risk owners. Additionally, you will play a key role in further maturing the IT Risk process and make it work all the way out to the far corners of the organisation.

We expect you to be working approximately 20 hours pr. week, corresponding to 2-2½ days. The job offers flexibility regarding exams just as well as we appreciate flexibility from you.

Qualifications

You are studying a relevant bachelor or master degree within business administration, IT, or a similar field, and have approximately two years left in your studies. You have obtained excellent results, have strong communication skills and possess a flair for IT systems and projects. Further, you will often have multiple ongoing tasks and therefore be excellent at multitasking.

You must be fluent in written and oral English, able to work structured and independently, and possess drive, engagement and creativity. If you can also hold on to your good sense of humour at all times, you are the kind of person we are looking for.

You will be reporting to the manager of IT Committee Project Office (ITC PO) and be exposed to a number of key stakeholders throughout the organisation.

At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better. In exchange, we offer you an opportunity to work with extraordinary talent and benefit from a range of possibilities for professional and personal development.
