About the department

Corporate Financial Planning is responsible for the financial planning and management throughout the organisation. You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 45 employees divided into five teams; R&D Finance, Staffs Finance, Operations & MMASE Finance, Corp. Controlling & Strategic Finance and Risk Office. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence. Our overall aim is to create business impact through finance partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate.



The job

As an intern you will, in collaboration with experienced business analysts, participate in financial planning, financial and balanced scorecard reporting to senior management. Furthermore, in order to optimise the financial development, you will assist in preparing decision support material and ad-hoc analyses for key stakeholders. The position entails a broad exposure to the Novo Nordisk organisation.



Qualifications

You are a master degree student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar in the first or second year of your studies, and take an interest in corporate finance and controlling. You are among the best in your class, have strong analytical skills, good interpersonal skills and are fluent in English both written and spoken.

The position implies a possibility of permanent employment with Novo Nordisk after completion of education.



Practicalities

Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 1st half of 2016
