Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a team of HR professionals in an international company? Are you a fast-learning team player? Are you able to contribute to discussions about HR policies and practices? Do you take the lead and follow through on administrative tasks? Then you might be our intern.

About the department

You will be based in Bagsværd in the headquarters of Novo Nordisk, and can expect to also be introduced to Novo Nordisk factories in other locations. The team, People & Communication in Product Supply Quality (PSQ), consists of 4 HR Business Partners, a Training Partner and an EHS Partner. Jointly, we are responsible for ensuring that the general HR processes are conducted professionally and efficiently, and to support the business areas when it comes to HR questions.

The Job

As an intern in PSQ People & Communication, it is your primary responsibility to assist the HR Partners in their relevant daily operations (including providing support to on-going recruitments) and be part of the organizing team of particular Leadership events.

Qualifications

You are among the very best in your class, and are keen to learn about all facets of the HR profession, also when it involves administrative tasks, where you always proactively seek ways in which you can contribute. You speak and write English fluently, and you have great people skills. Your ethical stance - both when it comes to HR dilemmas and to business decisions - is your hallmark.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 1 February 2015
