Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives to perform inbound support by phone, web form, email or fax to the Italian market. Can also give support to email and mail in English. In a contact center environment, the CSR will deal with service requests and/or troubleshoot quality issues with diabetes care products, create and update customer profile, provide additional information (e.g. offers and product features), proactive education on product, perform contacts to approach customers, retain existing customers and to strengthen loyalty and intensify usage of the Diabetes products.      JOB DESCRIPTION (TASKS, ...)  

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to the Italian speaking community
  • Be the first point of contact to handle support and resolve customer complaints.
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
