Join the HVAC OEM division – more specifically our global KAM organisation where we deliver hydraulic solutions for gas boilers, heat pumps and thermal solar systems to customers worldwide. HVAC solutions are global scale solutions. In Europe, we have a high efficiency product portfolio, in launch just now due to the ErP directive. Our KAMs, each with their own portfolio, ensure that our customers get the right solutions for their products. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om?

As Key Account Manager, your focus is on our Scandinavian accounts, where geothermal OEM HVACs have a special position. Having the full KAM business responsibility for a number of our most prospective accounts, you work closely with our Technical Key Account Managers as well as Grundfos OEM factories to ensure your clients get the best possible geothermal solutions. Moreover, you work to further strengthen the HVAC OEM Divisions position in the Scandinavian market. Depending on your location, you may work from Grundfos in Bjerringbro or from your home office. You also travel 75-100 days per year to visit customers in order to gain a deeper insight into their organisation and needs. “Your job is of high complexity on both a technical and commercial level. It is a challenge to keep supplying your customers with the right solutions while coordinating with our factories, knowing that if our products fail, we stop the customer’s production. It really requires close integration with your customers to know their businesses and close collaboration with your Grundfos colleagues,” Søren says.

Hvad skal der til for at ansøge?

You have an Engineering or Business degree and some years of B2B experience. This means that you are either an Engineer with commercial skills or you have a commercial degree combined with very deep technical understanding. You speak and write fluent English. “As a person, you like being the driver and owner of developing and implementing a profitable HVAC OEM Divisions strategy per account. This applies to all phases - R&D, production and sales – and you are able to understand customer challenges and develop attractive solutions. And finally, you are able to communicate with people from all over the globe as most of your customers are international,” Søren finishes.
