Job Description 
Ready to ignite your career as a Human Resources Administrative?

Responsibilities:

  • Support local Hire On-boarding on preparing paperwork;
  • Liaise with external benefits providers to ensure accurate administration of local benefits;
  • Prepare offer documentation and provide candidate communication;
  • Request and manage personal info of candidates and guidance during the process;
  • Manage HRIS actions for internal transfer: Country change, Holidays, etc;
  • Draft and Circulate employment contracts for signature;
  • Ensures current Data and information are stored in the internal platform;
  • Contact with local authorities;
  • Supports local translation needs for HR documents and communication;
  • Create vendors, manage invoices (e-finity, SAP);
  • Diary and meeting management for HR / Internal events (Recruiting, On-boarding, drop-in sessions, training, etc);
  • Managing local off-boarding paperwork;
  • Supporting the international mobilities processes;
  • Visa revalidations.

Workplace: Central area in Lisbon, but mostly remote
Standard Work schedule: from 09 am until 06 pm, from Monday to Friday, although with a flexible policy.

Job requirements

Profile:

  • Academic background in Human Resources or any field related;
  • 2 to 3 years of Portuguese HR operations / admin-related experience;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese employment local law;
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Communication skills;
  • Computer/Software skills:
    • Proficient with MS Office tools;  
    • Knowledge of HRIS – Workday would be appreciated;
    • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Availability for a temporary job.
