Job requirements
- Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
