Björkebo Gård AB, located in Southern Sweden, is looking for a grower/manager and eventual partner in our flowering potted plant greenhouses. You will be a key person in our company. Our unique facility, features modern/new technology utilizing moving tables, conveyor belts and computer systems which enable us to save both energy and labor costs. We have been producing top quality products since 2000. We continually evaluate and seek to improve our technology to assure a climate smart facility as well as a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include production planning, spraying and communications with employees in all aspects of growing from watering, pinching, spacing, packing etc. Essential requirements: - You are a person who likes challenges, and is flexible and creative. - You have a 4 year university degree and/or 4-5 years experience in potted plant production. - Driving license B Place of work: Hjortshög,Sweden, 1 hour from Kastrup International Airport, DK Read about the region https://helsingborg.se/ Help with accommodation if needed.
