Then this is an opportunity to impact the future of LEGO Education Drive the design and optimization of an integrated and branded online customer experience The overall focus for us as a department is to grow LEGO Education’s global brand position and awareness through the channels owned by Brand and Communications (e.g. web, community, social media, internal communication channels). In this role you are responsible for driving the design, implementation and optimization of a seamlessly integrated, personalized and branded online customer experience across LEGO Education websites in close collaboration with the web and e-commerce teams in the markets. It is important that the web experience is aligned and integrated with other online experiences delivered by LEGO Education including e-commerce, digital solution components, e-learning, etc. Your main focus will be to: Drive global coordination of customer experience design across LEGO Education web sites on desktop, tablet and mobile platforms. Define and apply user experience principles and guidelines to design integrated, personalized and branded customer experience. Align customer online experience in web sites with e-commerce sites as well as other online experiences delivered, such as community, social media, etc. You will also be the go-to-expert and global responsible for wire framing, prototyping and testing of online experiences. You will be working closely together with other online experience teams, such as e-commerce and digital experience. You will be challenged on your ability to coordinate and influence across multiple areas of the business and stakeholders. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 20 days per year. Digital experience with excellent planning and marketing skills The right candidate for us is value driven and characterised by personal integrity and an ability to communicate clearly. Inherently you have a high level of commercial and digital understanding. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have solid experience with front-end web design, interaction design and driving implementation of personalized and integrated web experiences based on UX principles - from digital agency or similar corporate position. Have digital understanding incl. experience structure based on personas, SEO, data capture, automatization and localization, online performance metrics. For three-six years have been working with web and online experience design and architecture incl. aesthetic, functional and technical criteria. Demonstrated experience of integrating web and e-commerce experiences. Possess business acumen, personal resourcefulness and willingness to work at tactical functional level and be hands-on. Hold a relevant Masters’ degree within the field of online design, multimedia, digital marketing, online business/e-commerce, business development or similar. Speak and write English proficiently. German and Chinese language skills are an advantage.
