GN Netcom, a global leader in innovative audio solutions for both consumer and business under the brand Jabra, is looking for a driven, talented and passionate Global Accounts Call Centre, BPO Sales & Strategy Manager. The role is permanent and reports to the VP of Global Accounts.

The job
The call centre market remains a CORE and strategic element of Jabra’s business and Jabra plans to further improve our market share via innovative solutions, products and services.

The purpose of this new position is to put in place a global owner for developing, enhancing and running a strategy of engagement based on innovative solutions, total cost of ownership and new service offerings for global business process outsourcers providing call centre solutions to global enterprise customers and to global accounts with large in-house call centres and hence increasing Jabra’s market share.

Some traveling must be expected, mainly to the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, USA and China. Your home base will be in one of aforementioned locations, depending on your current residency. Please note there is no relocation assistance associated with this position.

Your primary objectives and success criteria
• Take the draft strategy already developed and enhance the proposal, clearly anchoring ownership in the Jabra organisation and finalising the alternative solutions and service offerings that we want to develop and offer with clear understanding of cost and potential price
• Own the global accounts call centre strategy and understand and communicate at all times the current ‘state’ of the market from a market share perspective by headset vendor, agents and employees by region, major players market share both by technology vendor and BPO
• Determine relevant KPI’s to measure Jabra’s success in penetrating new customers and increasing our market share with existing customers
• Feedback to Product Marketing Managers and R&D on new products, features, services and accessories required to generate revenue
• Become the centre of competence for large global call centre deals and provide pre-sales support to the global account managers assigned to the targeted accounts
• Finalisation of and on-going ownership of global account call centre strategy
• Identification of services required to increase Jabra market share
• Co-operation with major global functions to realise key services
• On-going input to services strategy from a call centre perspective
• Identification of key customers and markets to penetrate
• Engagement with global account managers assigned to the named development or acquisition accounts
• Sales subject matter expert to support the sales effort

Your experience and background
• Possibly a Senior Product Marketing Manager with focus in call centre’s or relevant large account end user solutions sales background
• 5-10 years’ experience with demonstrated contacts and knowledge of the call centre market including BPO and offshoring
• Clear communication skills, culturally aware, global insight
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas in to constructive solutions
• Relevant international experience and knowledge of the call centre market in all global sales regions
• Major team player and can work seamlessly with other Jabra functions, personnel to achieve the objectives
• Managerial experience is not necessarily required however a strong ability to work in, with and lead cross functional, multi-cultural teams to achieve necessary results

• Fluent English speaking capabilities
• IT literate and able to use Microsoft
• Degree educated preferred, relevant experience and track record more important
