Il Centro per l'Impiego di Torino cerca per grande azienda edile ubicata in città 2 GEOMETRI per ampliamento organico. L'azienda si occupa di attività di manutenzione, costruzione e riparazione nel campo dell'edilizia, privata e pubblica, rustica, urbana e industriale.
The Job Center of Turin is looking for two surveyors to be included in a large construction company located in the city for the expansion of its staff. The company deals with maintenance activities, construction and repair activities in the field of private and public, rustic, urban and industrial construction.
I candidati dovranno avere esperienza nella gestione delle attività di cantiere.
Più in dettaglio il geometra di cantiere si occuperà di supervisionare tutte le attività connesse alla costruzione, ristrutturazione, riqualificazione, risanamento energetico o manutenzione di edifici.
La risorsa eseguirà sopralluoghi e rilievi tecnici, monitorerà tutti gli aspetti inerenti alla sicurezza nel cantiere, coordinerà il lavoro di muratori, carpentieri, impiantisti, elettricisti, gestirà i rapporti con gli appaltatori, elaborerà preventivi e manterrà la contabilità di cantiere.
Si propone contratto e tempo determinato con finalità assuntiva stabile.
Applicants will be required to have experience in constructions’ management of the site. Furthermore, the site surveyor will supervise all activities related to the construction, renovation, redevelopment, green-energy or buildings’ maintenance. The resource will perform inspections and technical surveys, monitoring all aspects of safety on site, coordinating the work of bricklayers, carpenters, plant engineers, electricians, managing relations with contractors, drawing up budget plans and keeping the site bills.
It is offered 6 months contract with a future chance of permanent employment contract.
