Key requirements

· Must have two years’ experience in construction

· Must have experience in general building works

· Displays a high standard of work

· Must be capable of working independently or as part of a team

· A skilled trade is an advantage

· Manual Handling certificate

· Safe Pass

 

Any plant and machinery experience and cscs training Teleporter etc would be an advantage
