FRATELLI: Pizzaiolo

Fratelli is the promise of an authentic dining experience, right where Italian cuisine meets the best Danish ingredients. We have allowed ourselves to combine passion for the good food experience with informal coziness and a good atmosphere.

We produce the pasta ourselves, the pizza dough is cold-risen overnight and baked in stone ovens. Risotto, salads and antipasti are produced to order and meat from the grill is a chapter by itself. The wines are imported directly from the producer, by our own sommelier.

To ensure a continued successful operation, we are now looking for a pizzaiolo, for our stone oven in Haderslev, Kolding or Sønderborg.

Your skills

• You are a trained pizzaiolo with all details within the responsibility for the quality delivered from from the oven.
• You are an approachable & communicative teamplayer.
• You understand how to prepare the dough and understand the precision it takes, in both resting times and moisture in the air.
• You can operate a stone oven and work in precision in the high temperatures that is necessary for a good quality product.
• You are passionate about being an important part of the team success.
• You enjoy being in charge of creating the best flavors of your raw materials.
• You are structured and have a sense of order.
