In the position of F&B Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the organization and coordination of our restaurants "Molkerei", "Stubn", "Loden Bar & Lounge" as well as the entire banquet area with 18 event rooms. You will independently manage a team of 10 employees and be responsible for their scheduling, supervision and further development in cooperation with the HR department. You will ensure an optimal and guest-oriented service at a consistently high level in compliance with all relevant specifications and standards.
The main tasks in detail are
- Strategic, administrative and operational planning and management of the 10-person team
- Ensuring smooth workflows in all F&B outlets and the entire event area
- Cost-effective administration of merchandise management in the F&B area in cooperation with the kitchen management
- Compliance with and review of the quality standards set in the F&B area as well as the continuous further development of our standards
- Creation and control of duty and vacation schedules in compliance with legal requirements
- Management, training and regular on-the-job training for all service staff to continuously improve service quality
- Taking on projects and developing service standards
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott standards
- Completed training in the hotel or F&B industry and at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position or as a deputy
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Very good PC skills (MS Office), ideally Micros
- Strong and communicative leadership personality with a strong hands-on mentality
- Experience in the organization of events
