As our new ERP Manager, you lead a team of 12 highly skilled Navision and AX Developers and Business Consultants, who are responsible for delivering Level 3 support, code deliveries, process optimisations and deployments. Also, you will join our Backend Application Management team consisting of 27 dedicated colleagues who will provide you with professional sparring and support.



Secure operational stability and drive our transition project

GN Resound is experiencing large growth and success in our markets. As a natural consequence, our ERP platforms need to adapt to a new agenda. Thus, we are now in the start-up process of transitioning from using Navision to Microsoft Dynamics AX.



On a daily basis, you secure operational stability, focusing on performance for current as well as new requested business enhancements. During the transition, it is your responsibility to manage and cultivate a balance between operational stability and a project excellence delivery that support the overall ERP roadmap and provide day-to-day stability. In particular, you:

• manage the transformation of the ERP team from Navision to Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP while supporting the both ERP platforms.

• co-manage the transformation from our current Navision ERP platforms to a new global Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP platform alongside our ERP Program Manager.

• manage the relationship and expectations of GN ReSound’s line management to ensure alignment.

• provide financial oversight, planning and control over all projects related to Navision ERP and enhancement projects to Microsoft Dynamics AX. This includes business case preparation, project planning, cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting for all ERP related activities.



Do you have what it takes to make ReSound even more successful?

• You hold a Master or Bachelor in IT, Engineering or similar combined with a strong track record of leading enterprise application delivery within large multi-national companies.

• You possess strong project management skills and are an excellent people manager with experience in managing a high performance team of IT specialists; preferably in ERP.

• You have several years’ experience in ERP implementation and operations in a consulting firm and/or large organisations.

• You have spent a few years in a similar role managing ERP systems on a global scale to drive transformation and consolidation.

• You have knowledge about infrastructural impact on ERP performance and strong conceptual understanding of ERP capabilities and limitations.



As a person you are highly result-oriented, open minded, trustful, and prepared to work in an organisation with a rapidly changing environment. You are an outstanding communicator who is able to turn ideas into action and liaise with senior management. Finally, you are able to operate effectively in an international environment and across diverse cultures.
