Tasks:

  • Independent handling of all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Correspondence with business partners in German and English language
  • Sorting of daily incoming mail
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
  • Monitoring and coordination of management appointments
  • Handling of special tasks, such as the organization of company events

 

 

Job requirements
  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Confident handling of the common MS-Office applications
  • Good knowledge of German and excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured and self-responsible way of working

  • Strong communication skills
