Event Manager (all gender) As an Event Manager, you are the "maker" behind our events. You make sure everything runs smoothly, from the first idea to the last guest. Your tasks are varied and exciting: - Planning is everything: organizing events from A to Z - Negotiations: You negotiate with customers and service providers to get the best deal. - Contracts: You draw up all the important contracts so that everything is legally secure. - Organizational talent required: You coordinate all departments in the hotel so that everything works hand-in-hand. - Budget: You plan the budget for the event and make sure we don't spend more than planned. - Quality assurance: you check that everything is running as it should and that our guests are satisfied. - Follow-up: After the event, you will check all the invoices and create a summary.
