Your mission:
We are looking for an ESG Data & Reporting Specialist to support our Corporate Communication and Sustainability department. Your mission will be to make Rovensa’ sustainability journey more transparent and thereby driving real ESG progress. The role requires ongoing tracking and management of a large and growing set of Environmental, Social, and Governance performance metrics of all Rovensa Companies and its operations, globally. It will be a critical role to help Rovensa Group get ready to comply with new regulations for ESG reporting.
Your responsabilities:
- Work cross functionally with different groups in Rovensa to make sure ESG reporting requirements are met and in line with sustainability standards
- Gather and aggregate all environmental, social and governance performance data from multiple sources and focal points from our Group’s companies, corporate entities, and industrial plants
- Gather and organize all detailed data for Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions of the Group
- Explain and ensure a common understanding of ESG definitions/assumptions across the Group, as well as data owners, processes, data controls, and accuracy for all metrics
- Strengthen and help to implement a process to efficiently collect and consolidate all ESG information and data needed to compile in our Sustainability Annual Report, including mapping and selecting the right IT tooling as well as assisting with the external audit regarding sustainability topics
- Regularly answer ESG questionnaires from our shareholders and other stakeholders from the financial community
- Research about ESG reporting emerging trends
The talent we search for:
- Higher education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar area; Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in similar positions;
- Solid technical and functional knowledge and skills in SAP S/4 Hana – Production Planning (PP) module;
- Minimum of one full SAP implementation with expertise in customization Production Planning Scenarios (MTS, MTO) and related integration with QM, CO and MM regarding Quality Inspection, Product Costing and Material Ledger;
- High-level knowledge of global SAP modules’ functionalities and related integration scenarios;
- Ability to organize and coordinate activities and projects within the established deadlines;
- Reading and understanding of ABAP code will be a plus;
- High level of autonomy and responsibility;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong analytical & planning skills;
- Team spirit and high focus on quality and rigor;
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and French will be a plus;
- Availability to travel (in short periods of time).
