On behalf of Aker Solutions, we are looking for a Document Controller.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Document Control activities in the Hugin A project
  • Quality check and distribution of Engineering documentation.
  • Follow up deliveries towards Client Support implementation of new digital tools for Document Handling.



Skills:

  • Knowledge and competence within Document Control.
  • Experience from Project Execution.
  • Experience from engineering contractors.
  • Minimum one year experience with ProArc.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good communication and co-operation skills.



Education:

  • Bachelor in Administration
  • Librarian or relevant experience.



Software:

  • ProArc
  • PIMS
  • Microsoft Office



Language:

  • English
