Job Description:

The hotel is characterized by Bavarian elegance and cosmopolitan atmosphere in the beautiful landscape of the Bavarian golf and spa region around Bad Griesbach. The hotel has 221 rooms, 2500qm private thermal baths, a large Beauty Oasis, several restaurants, offering the discerning guests not only wellness but real service to luxury level.

Tasks:

• Support for our national and international guests at the Candlelight Restaurant, the à-la-carte restaurant Ferrara or in the Maximilian Stuben
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Service at the bar
• Mise en place and cleaning work
• Compliance with our service standards

Requirements:

• Completed training in the restaurant or hotel business
• Minimum 2 years experience in upscale restaurants or hotels (5 * area of advantage)
• Service skills and good knowledge of wine
• Competence in the à la carte and banquet is desired
• You have a willingness to learn, flexibility and teamwork
• You work guest-oriented and have good manners that reflect the service standards of a luxury hotel.
• You can speak German fluently (minimum B1). English skills are desirable.
• Willingness to weekend work is required
• If you come from outside, having a driver's license and a vehicle is useful for reaching the workplace in the health resort.

Frame conditions:

• Free vacancies: 1
• Contract: permanent
• Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week), shift-time, week-end
