Job offer description
You are
- Operational, with perfect mastery of culinary techniques and terminology.
- Responsible and a teacher at heart, able to supervise and guide a team.

Organized, respecting established processes and quality standards.
You will
- Prepare dishes in your section (hot, cold, breakfast, appetizers, cocktails, events) for 600 to 1,800 covers.
- Check mise en place, presentation, and buffet replenishment.
- Participate in lunch and dinner services in our à la carte restaurants.
- Supervise a team of at least 2 cooks to ensure smooth and high-quality food production.
- Follow the menu plan and apply technical datasheets.
- Guarantee the quality of culinary services while strictly adhering to Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
