Customer Service Representative
Do you have proven customer service skills, great organization and self-motivation skills? Moreover, a pro-client attitude is your strong point? Additionally, you speak fluent Finnish or Swedish with good English. If this describes you contact with us as our well-known Client in Gdańsk may hire you soon for the position of Customer Service Representative.
Your duties will involve: handling the customer orders, contacting with international clients, dealing with telephone and written queries, supporting clients' processes, solving various problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible and you will closely cooperate with colleagues on-site and abroad.
