We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with a customer-centric mindset and enthusiasm for sales!


The role - Taking the wheel at Hertz

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Build relationships with customers by creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience. Understand their needs and guide them to the perfect rental solution.

SALES ADVISORY - Showcase your sales skills to upsell additional services and maximizing revenue, ensuring customers have everything they need for a smooth journey.

PROBLEM SOLVING - Be the hero in resolving any issues or concerns that the customer might experience through their rental, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

TEAMWORK - Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and vibrant workplace. We're all in this together!

VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION - Deliver and collect vehicle in accordance to company’s procedures, to ensure rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented upon return.


Essential Requirements
Your skills - What you’ll need for a great journey 

  • Passion for customer service, with willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards selling
  • Proficient in English and Greek. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as a plus
  • Valid Driving license
  • Willing to work on a shift rotation basis.
