Today, the main pillars of our fundraising tech systems consist of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and our website. We believe that effective customer relationship management (CRM) is crucial to our success, and we are therefore seeking a skilled CRM Platform Manager to join our team and take charge of the technical aspects of our CRM system and associated technologies.

In this role you will be responsible for a small team, where you will oversee the alignment of all technology and data initiatives across departments. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and task prioritization to achieve project goals.
Beyond team and project management, you should enjoy diving into day-to-day tasks and embody hands-on management. In addition, you will participate actively in knowledge sharing and best practice building across the global MSF.
By joining the MSF team, you will be part of a dedicated and diverse group of individuals who share a common goal: to save lives and alleviate suffering where it is needed most.
