What you will encounter
Employees in this position support the production process of the kitchen, according to the instructions of the Chef. They collaborate with other team members and follow health and safety standards. Always aiming at the high standards of the company.
Main responsibilities
- Prepares the menu, executing precisely and consistently the recipes of the Chef
- Takes care of the storage & organization of materials and collaborates with all kitchen members
- Ensures the cleanliness of all the machinery of the post, the order in the workplace & the proper use of equipment
- Implements all procedures regarding food safety, hygiene & storage throughout its workflow
- Carries out any work requested by his immediate supervisor
Necessary qualifications & skills
- Diploma in a similar role
- Work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and observance of all health & safety rules
- Communication and organizational skills & team spirit
- Creative thinking & ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage time correctly & problem-solving skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000 management systems
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Health in the workplace
