And this is why they are happy to come to work every morning, proud to be part of Euroccor.    At Euroccor, it's our people who make the difference!    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  o Outbound telephone calls: (B2C and B2B): You must take the initiative and bring client contacts to a successful conclusion through your professional approach.  o You arrange appointments with potential clients for representatives (diary management)  o You phone clients, check their details and update them if necessary (database management)  o You phone clients and potential clients for surveys (telephone surveys)  o You contact clients and potential clients to offer them a product/service (sales)  o Inbound telephone calls (B2C and B2B): You are responsible for handling incoming inquiries from clients and helping them in an efficient and customer-friendly manner. You are also able to detect and take advantage of commercial opportunities. This task is usually combined with other call centre activities conducted by Euroccor  o Fulfilment: administrative handling of the orders/calls in the customer/client's software system      We have open positions for Dutch and French speakers.
