With the team in our construction department, you will work towards a shared goal: building high-quality hydrotrikes and beet harvesters. You enjoy doing the following: - Independently performing welding and construction work according to instructions on drawings - Drilling, sawing, tapping, bending, or grinding the relevant component - You assemble, tack weld, and then weld to ensure the components meet the required requirements You recognize yourself in the following: - MBO level 3 education in a relevant field (metal, construction worker/welder, or similar) - You have demonstrable experience as a construction worker/welder - Independently reading drawings is no problem for you - Accuracy and independence are qualities that apply to you - You have good technical insight - You are flexible and driven You are looking for the following: - Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,200 (depending on age and experience) in accordance with the Metal and Electrical Industry Collective Labor Agreement - 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ATV) - Annual training and education opportunities - Permanent employment is possible based on good performance - Support in finding housing - 12-month contract with a 1-month trial period
