We are looking for a skilled and reliable construction worker to join our team. The job involves working with painting, concrete, and carpentry in our production facility. This position follows a turnus schedule with time off during certain months of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Painting both inside and outside areas in the production facility

The company can assist with renting rooms. The rent is 3,500 NOK per. pers pr. month.
Hitramat has its own canteen. It is mandatory for all employees. For only 50 NOK per. today you get a full breakfast and hot lunch, as well as dinner if needed during evening work.
As an employee, you also have access to a free swimming pool and fitness center at Hitra.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with painting, concrete work, and carpentry
- Good skills and knowledge in construction work
- Able to work independently and pay attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to follow the turnus schedule
- English knowledge
- Driving license
We pay 255 NOK per hour.
Overtime after 40 hours week or 9 hour work a day is payd with 357 NOK
A normal working day varies from Monday to Friday kl. 07:00 to 15:30 not in crab season.
And Tuesday to Saturday From 09: 00 to end of production During the high season (juni- November)
