With thousands of pieces made every day from fresh products, the Disneyland Paris pastry laboratory supplies the stores and restaurants and contributes to the success of special events.
In order to meet the expectations of our visitors, several types of products are prepared there: individual pastries, desserts or sweets.

Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Participate in the production of all the pastry stations in our laboratory
- Participate in the maintenance of the equipment and the work area
- Respect the application of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) at all times.
Do you have the right profile?
- You master the basic techniques of pastry making (preparation of different doughs, laminating, making mixtures, handling a pastry bag, making meringues, glazes & decorations...)
- You know the hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- You can make a recipe from a technical sheet
- You have a pastry training (CAP Pastry, BTM, Bac Pro Bakery...)
- You are a team player in all circumstances and have the ability to communicate in an international environment
- You are flexible and can be required to work from 6:00 am on weekdays and weekends
- You have a minimum level of French of B1.

Additional Information!:
These contracts are only for permanent positions 35h/week Monday to Sunday.
The interviews will be held virtually (only) for positions located in Marne-La-Vallée.
