We are looking to hire a focused Commis de salle to join our F&B team at Hotel “La Roqqa”, Porto Ercole
Responsabilities:
-Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
-Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
-Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
-Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
-Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
Job requirements
Work experience as a Commis de salle or similar role in the hospitality industry
Customer service attitude
Job restrictions
Candidates must possess an adequate knowledge of the Italian language
