About the organisation
Erqole is the Italian parent company of the Swedish holding Qarlbo AB, which has launched a hospitality project in Maremma that involves the redevelopment of abandoned buildings in order to convert them into hotels in the luxury segment.
The goal is to return to the authenticity of this territory a legacy, in terms of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
The Roqqa hotel, first opening of the group scheduled for spring 2023, is part of this investment program and was born from the renovation and repositioning of the “Don Pedro hotel” located in Porto Ercole (Monte Argentario) considered "one of the most beautiful seaside villages in Italy".
The hotel features 55 rooms mainly with sea view, the panoramic 3-bedroom suite on the top floor, an iconic roof top Restaurant and Bar
"La Roqqa Hotel" highlights are also the Mezzanine and the "White Room". The first space is suitable to convivial activities: meeting friends and loved ones, with 'light' bar and restaurant service and will also be equipped to ensure privacy for private events.
The second space, most versatile, is suitable to the organization of diverse activities such as cultural events, conferences, business meetings, art exhibitions or private events such as weddings and birthdays.
"Le Viste beach Club" is the exclusive Beach Club where guests of "La Roqqa" can relax and spend their free time, lowered and set in the magnificent setting of the Mediterranean landscape.
