Gröna Lund is a whole world of food and drink. There are several restaurants here, all with different concepts and focus. Do you want to make á la carte or would you rather swing together a nice pizza? Long freshly grilled ribs or conducting large show dinners? We are now looking for chefs / cold side dishes and sous chefs with a great interest in food and drink who are at the same time driven by the desire to provide the best possible service to our guests. At Gröna Lund, we cook our own food, with good quality and decent ingredients. For the role of chef, we are looking for you who have previously worked in a similar role. You are happy to work in a team that is characterized by a professional and happy collaboration where you take your own responsibility for creating this. As the pace in our restaurants can often be high, you are flexible and solution-focused in your way of working. Furthermore, you are responsible and have a financial mind in your daily work. These positions are seasonal employment during the period April to September. Some services run throughout the season and some services only run during the high season, ie June to August. Working hours vary depending on the low or high season and are adapted to the business's opening hours where you work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
