For season 2024, we are seeking for a chef de rang. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic to provide our guests with an authentic luxury experience in iconic destinations, demonstrating attention to detail.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • Performs duties within the F&B department (serving and clearing dishes, setting up tables, cleaning the restaurant, and maintaining all work materials in good condition) according to company policies, procedures, and standards, always maintaining high standards.
  • Pays attention to all aspects of our guests' experience throughout their entire stay, offering impeccable service and anticipating our guests' needs
Job requirements
  • Communication skills: communicates clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing). 
  • Emotional intelligence: is attentive to the needs and emotions of our guests and colleagues, adapting one's style accordingly. Can manage one's emotions in challenging situations. 
  • Collaboration: is capable and eager to work in teams. Shares information and skills; actively seeks constructive feedback.
