To support our event team, we are looking for you as a committed and technically experienced employee, as soon as possible or by appointment.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Providing professional service in compliance with quality standards, at buffet, menu and á la carte events
- Assisting in planning and preparing day-to-day business
- Carrying out day-to-day business
- Responsible for proper accounting and correct invoices, control of inventory
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Preparation of events
- Responsible for proper accounting, correct invoices
- Support the head waiter in conducting employee training
- Assist Head Waiters in monitoring cleanliness, orderliness and standard presentation
- Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Job requirements
You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist or comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- friendly, open and professional demeanor
- Fluent knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
