Chef de rang / Front waiter (M/F)

Mission:

Serving guests and billing services, preparing and cleaning tables for which he/she is responsible according to the standards and rules. Coordinating the work of restaurant staff as requested by Head of Restaurant or Head of Restaurant Assistant in their absence.

Key tasks:

• prepares restaurant before opening,
• sets the tables, takes care of necessary accessories, decorates tables and ensures the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of tables,
• recieves guests, takes care of their accommodation in the restaurant,
• receives guest orders,
• orders drink from bar, food from kitchen and serves guests,
• charges food and drinks,
• cleans the tables after meal,
• according to needs calculates daily consumption and delivers money to cash-desk,
• resolves simple guest complaints,
• coordinates restaurant process in absence of Head of Restaurant and Head of Restaurant Assistant,
• monitors the quality and quantity of issuing food and beverages,
• applies the measures and means of safety at work,
• applies measures and standards of HACCP control system,
• applies uniformity workers standards (appropriate uniform, nameplate, adequate hygiene and personal image),
• performs other duties as requested by the direct superior.
