��Chef/Cook required to run a well established high ranking restaurant for the coming season March - October
* Experience / Qualifications Essential (5 Year Minimum)
* Full Time March - October
* Competitive Salary for the right candidate
* HACCP Training Records
* Fluent in English
* Working with local fresh produce a must.
* Freedom to express oneself on the menu (in addition to regular's favourites)
* Evening Service Mainly, with possible private daytime functions
