About the department

You will join the Supply Chain Management department consisting of 50 dedicated colleagues with main responsibility for the areas; procurement, planning, warehousing and shipping. We support the entire AGC production and collaborate closely with key stakeholders and external suppliers through the cross-functional supply chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our customers.

The job

The role is based in Copenhagen and you will be reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management.

Working side by side with all key stakeholders, your responsibilities will be:

• Establish and promote compliance in the supply chain management area
• Support in the development of the solid and sustainable supply management processes
• Help developing, adapting, and updating the necessary policies and procedures over supply chain management processes
• Describe and update business processes workflows and keep them up-to-date
• Coordinate and align with the necessary stakeholders
• Ensure execution of supply chain management controls
• Report on executed controls and daily activities
• Act as Subject matter expert in the implementation of controls over supply chain management area

As AGC Biologics Sites are located around the globe in different time zones, some working outside normal hours should be expected.

Your profile

In our new colleague, we are looking for a person with/you are:

• Finance background
• Experience from a similar role or participating In the implementation and rolling out of the supply chain and procurement controls and business processes
• Passionate and motivated to develop and build compliance over supply chain management area
• Deep understanding of the of supply management and/or procurement end-to-end processes
• Relevant education (Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration or similar)
• Experience with IT on a user-level, including MS Office. Knowledge about EPR programs is an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and GRC systems is a plus
• JSOX and/or SOX knowledge is an essential advantage
• Strong English communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Structured and disciplined mindset
• Service-minded and flexible
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
