Business Controller

Develop, maintain and improve business performance As a Business Controller, you will participate in target and rolling forecast processes, and you will perform fixed expense controlling. It will be your mission to continuously provide management teams with correct and valid data and reports for decision-making, which requires a high degree of overview and business understanding. You will also build and maintain network within the organisation, both on managerial level and in the business. As well as being a proactive sparring partner to the management, you will also: · participate in monthly reporting of business unit and divisional results · support planning processes · develop and maintain valid financial reporting and KPIs · validate and optimise internal processes related to key tasks · transfer pricing analysis and updates Professional competencies and sound interpersonal skills You hold an MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration and preferably relevant working experience within finance and controlling. You value the importance of clear communication and your willingness to go the extra mile to secure the results and flow in the problem solving is second to none. You are open minded and comfortable in an environment that requires good Change Management skills. You are robust, curious and highly committed to your work.
