BtoB&BtoC Booking Specialist with French for Transavia:
Job description
- Handling BtoC bookings via phone, mail and social media channels
- Ensuring fast and efficient communication with our passengers as chat support
- Ensuring that passengers have a perfect perfect pre-flight service and a perfect after-flight care.
- Handling BtoB group bookings for French travel agencies via phone, mail and specialized software
- Providing information to our clients
- Providing commercial solutions
Job Requirements
- Native level of French language
- Advanced level of English language
- Excellent written skills in both languages
- Efficiency in phoning&mailing
- Efficiency as chat support
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary
- Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
- European citizenship or valid work permit for Czech Republic
