 Join our team of progressive, multi-disciplinary technical designers and engineers. You will become part of the BIM Design department which enables interdisciplinary collaboration and data discipline, which will lead to better communication and more efficient project delivery. Together we work on BIM models within pharma and biotechnology. Our project portfolio is exciting, as we currently build the worlds’ largest facilities. And that is why we need your skills for setting direction and coordinating tasks with the technical designers within the facility disciplines and with our organisation in India.

How you might spend your days

As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:

  • Work within HVAC and Building Utility design
  • Coordinate and manage project digital deliverables within HVAC and Building Utility disciplines.
  • Report to the ICT Project Coordinator or ICT Manager, and support cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Ensure discipline digital deliverables comply with client BIM requirements, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and NNE standards.
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in ensuring the discipline's digital deliverables.
  • Administer and manage the production of drawings and models, ensuring they meet NNE and client requirements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with project team members, including the distribution of models and drawings.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with other disciplines and ICT Project Coordinator or ICT Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of new standards and templates, and implement these in projects.
  • Onboard and train new employees in the discipline area.

The miles you’ve walked

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • You have a degree in engineering, construction or similar
     
  • You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in creating detailed HVAC models, piping and ductwork layouts, equipment modeling and collaboration with MEP engineers.
  • You speak and write Danish and English
