Job offer description
We are currently looking for a Bell Captain to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Bell Captain is responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as a farewell, ensuring all luggage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all bell desk team, activities and also up keeping of desk area.
- Check the daily guest arrival list with special needs.
- Ensure that the Bell desk is always manned.
- Keep the working area, clean and tidy always.
- Ensure smooth and fast baggage handling for all arrival/departure guests.
- Maintain close relationships with Front Office team as well as other departments.
- Attend all guest calls for Bell and Door-related services.
- Delegate Bellman to pick up the baggage from guest rooms.
- For any guest requests follow-up call is to be made back to the guest to verify complete satisfaction.
- Ensure that airport transfers are carried out smoothly and properly.
Job requirements
- Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Calm demeanour in stressful situations and work in a solution-oriented manner.
Nice to have
- Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Good knowledge of German and English.
