Selected candidates will be responsible for setting up beach equipment, providing a warm and professional welcome to guests, and assisting them with water sports equipment usage.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Beach and Water Sports Crew. As part of the team, you will assist guests with various water sports activities, ensure safety procedures are followed, and maintain equipment in top condition. This role is ideal for individuals who love the ocean, enjoy working outdoors, and have excellent customer service skills.
Applicants must be Maltese/EU Nationals/other nationals who are entitled to equal treatment as EU Nationals with regards to employment due to EU legislation & treaty rights about the free movement of workers.
- Previous experience in water sports or outdoor recreation is a plus.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Boating or lifeguard certification is an advantage.
