Bartender / Barista

What you will encounter
The employees in this position are responsible for the excellent customer service of the department, following the instructions of the Supervisor , always aiming at the high standards of the company.
Main responsibilities
- Receiving and delivering orders
- Presents the menu and provides detailed information when requested
- Provide excellent waiting service to ensure satisfaction
- Keeps and delivers the workspace clean and equipped for the next shift
Necessary qualifications & skills
- Work experience, ideally in a hotel environment
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable)
- Studies in tourism are an additional qualification
- Customer-centric concept
- Spirit of cooperation
- Computer Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in the implementation of management systems ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Health in the workplace
