Job offer description
As bartender you will be responsible of daily operations of the exclusive bar of Dalen hotel together with F&B Manager Nacim Boudaoud.
You will be responsible of creating new cocktail menus from local products from Telemark and Norway following trends. You will be ordering stock to the bar and do monthly inventories.
We have a small bar and small bar area divided in one hall, three salons and a terrace. This is a high end venue where table service is expected at all times.
Hiring date is from 15.04.2024 until 8.10.2024
Job requirements
- Experience as a bartender in a hotel is a must
- Proven working experience in a high-end establishment as a bartender
- Detail oriented
- Knowledgeable and interested in drinks and trends
- Good collaboration skills and is solution-oriented
- Structured and responsibile
- Positive
- Fluent in English
- Genuinely interested in creating the best guest experience
Nice to have
- Experience from creating menus and menu designing
- Computer skills
- Waiter experience
