Bar Supervisor (Full-Time)

Join our team as we have a fantastic new vacancy for an experienced Bar Supervisor at The Johnstown Estate!

We are looking for an experienced individual for full-time work only.

Reporting to the Bar Manager duties include:

·        Assist the Bar Management team with day to day running of the Coach House Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operation

·        Supervising and developing a team of customer service professionals

·        Ensure effective Cash & Stock Control Procedures are in place and adhered to at all times

·        Assist with the Training of the team

·        Ensuring the highest level of standard of service, cleanliness are maintained at all times

·        Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback

·        Maximising sales and promote an upselling environment

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a 4 star Hotel or similar. They should also have the ability to work well under pressure and should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.
