Apprenticeship Hotel Management Specialist

Your tasks:

• Preparing and checking guest rooms & hotel rooms.
• Preparation of drinks (e.g. at the hotel/snack bar)
• Serving of small meals and drinks
• Guest care in the front office area during arrival & departure
• Preparatory work for welcoming guests
• Cooperation in complaint management
• Correspondence with guests, suppliers and business partners
• Collaboration in reservation/sales, taking reservations by phone and mail
• Planning, organizing and carrying out events
• Getting to know the work in an accounting department
• Planning and implementing marketing strategies on social media
• Collaboration in housekeeping management

• Realschulabschluss or a higher degree / minimum age 17 years
• Good written and spoken German (at least B2 certificate)
• High level of service and willingness to serve
• Team and communication skills
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage (English and/or French)
• Organizational and sales talent
• Good manners, pleasant appearance
