Application Support Specialist

BlueLink International CZ is an international customer service centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline and hotel chain clients. Want to know more? What are you going to do?

  • First and second level support of users for tools developed in BlueLink
  • Processing of requests and issues in IT Service desk system
  • Re-testing of reported issues
  • After-release application support
  • Pre-release communication to users
  • Project support - helping IT management with preparation of materials and collecting information needed for projects management
  • Escalation of issues to development team
  • Assist Operations support on qualifying, reproducing and analysing user issues in order to support the development team
  • Translation or creation of communications to users in French

 

What do we require?

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good written and spoken French
  • Effective decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ticketing system knowledge as an advantage (SysAid, TFS)
  • Basic databases and SQL knowledge as an advantage
  • High school degree
