Mission:
Participate in a timely manner in the continuous accounting recognition and closing process, as well as in the fulfillment of tax obligations associated with Rovensa Group companies. Ensure compliance with the checklist and first level of audit on matters under its responsibility.
Key tasks and Activities:
·Ensure individual responsibility for accounting entries, reconciliations, account review and validation of movements for each of the companies under your responsibility; ·Ensure individual responsibility for each of the tax and regulatory obligations of each of the companies under its responsibility;
·Ensure compliance with the checklist in matters under your responsibility; Ensure the process of individual alignment of the companies under its responsibility, with the Group's consolidation model;
·Ensure individual responsibility with regard to specializations, verification of customer seniority, verification of doubtful debtors, slow-moving stocks and legal proceedings and respective contingencies;
·Support the audit and consultancy processes of companies under their responsibility; Ensure the issuance of annual accounts for companies under your responsibility.
The talent we are looking for:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Similar;
Proficient English;
Professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the field accounting (execution and supervision) in a business environment or as a Consultant/Auditor;
Knowlegde of SNC rules and preferably IFRS standards;
Knowledge of Portuguese taxation (other geographies preferred);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP preferred).
