We are investing in a state-of-the-art factory which takes the mill into a new era of tissue paper production. Through this investment, Metsä Tissue will hire approximately 100 people before the new parts are put into operation. The majority of these hires will be production personnel with broad technical expertise in various fields.

Production Operators and mechanics

Competence: 

• Relevant technical or industrial educuation from high School level or other previous work experience that the employeer finds relevant.
• Driving License
• Basic competence in microsoft office
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English language 

Personal characteristics: 

• At least 18 years of age
• Safety oriented, accurate, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, cooperation skills, responsible, structured, analytichal and solution oriented. 

Engineers 

Competence: 

• Relevant masters degree in Production and/or technnology 
• Good competence skills in microsoft office
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English language 

Personal characteristics: 

• At least 18 years of age
• Target focused, good communication skills, problem-solving skills, cooperation skills, responsible, structured, analytichal and solution oriented. 

Experience in working in a manufacturing industry.

Experience in paper production
