Why are the Tryslingene so hospitable? Perhaps because of the vast distances and isolation. Every visit was appreciated, and still is today. Trysil lies at the heart of the Norwegian ski landscape. It's the perfect base for all the activities Trysil has to offer - both winter and summer. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, riding, rafting and cycling in the summer, while in winter cross-country and downhill skiing takes priority. Trysil also has other winter activities to offer, such as sleigh rides and dog sledding for a truly active holiday.
